Our first flip property located in southwest Michigan where we did about 70% of the work ourselves. This was my construction learning project. Whole house renovation with new kitchen, bathroom, HVAC, water heater, electrical, flooring, garage doors. Finished the screened porch; added a main floor laundry/bathroom and a primary bedroom ensuite; painted the siding. Preserved as much of the original woodwork and detailing as possible. Beautiful 2.5 acre property with a huge 3 car detached garage.
